JSerra water polo player Taylor Bell is the Southern California News Group's High School Boys Athlete of the Week for Sept. 24-Oct. 1 after he received 41.67% of the vote at the deadline Thursday. Palos Verdes' Ryan Rakowski (football) finished second with 20.83% of the vote, and Great Oak's Amari Delk (football) finished third (16.67%).
